As part of our award-winning Children’s Services Program, CNS Healthcare holds an annual summer camp for children and adolescents. Camp Kelly for Kids is designed for children and youth with a significant emotional disturbance of intellectual and/or developmental disorder who traditionally would not thrive in a standard summer day camp program.
Outdoor recreational activities are combined with behavioral and therapeutic programming to teach and reinforce positive social skills and behaviors. Our summer day camp program is specifically structured for kids who struggle within their school environment, home/family environment, and within the larger community.
Camp Kelly for Kids develops a therapeutic environment that is specifically created for children as a fun summer day camp experience to those who children may not otherwise have the opportunity due to ongoing behavioral issues and/or family financial constraints.
